Without proper introduction, let me explain to you why I think Nintendo is currently licking supreme pole. It’s been revealed by Mario mastermind, Shigeru Miyamoto, that E3 is no longer a convention targeted at core gamers. Let me fill you in on something, first: E3 used to be open to whomever had the cash to attend it. Since 2007, it’s been transformed into an invitation-only event. As a result, companies are presenting to a much smaller crowd. And let me tell ya, negativity is inevitable. They hate it as much as we do. But back on track, Miyamoto made it clear that E3 was to no longer be an opportunity to reveal [and promote] core games such as the Zelda and Mario series. I had no idea this game was in the works. It looks so much more enjoyable and polished than the online Flash counterpart. Just look at that environment! Line Rider is coming to Wii and DS this spring.
Wonderful! The year 2007 was insane in terms of game releases. There were just so many great games. That’s all mentioned in the video, so I’ll let THAT do the talking.
